This collaboration brings together Valiant’s deep understanding of the Nigerian market with ADES’s global operational excellence and extensive fleet of premium jackup rigs.
Under this partnership structure, ADES provides state-of-the-art rigs, senior crew, and management systems to Valiant in exchange for a charter fee, while Valiant oversees drilling operations under contracts with Nigerian operators.
